Willa Iris Bryan

1937 – 2016

Willa Iris Bryan, 78, of Catlettsburg, Kentucky was called home to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, May 21, 2016.

She was born on September 5, 1937 to Joe and Pearl Kelley (deceased). Iris is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Thomas Bryan. Iris and Thomas were blessed with 3 wonderful children, Cheryl Ratcliff (Michael), Brenda Bryan and Tom Bryan (Tina) all of Catlettsburg. Iris was known as Nan-Nan to her grandchildren; Jennifer Eerenberg (Brian), Joseph Diamond and Jacob Bryan. And to her great grandchildren;  Kaden Neese, Isabella and Julianna Eerenberg. She was loved and survived by 3 siblings; Pat Castle (Bill), Bob Kelley (Charlene), and Sue Yates (Don).

Iris will be missed by all her family and friends. She was a kind and gentle soul always wanting to take care of others;  she was truly a giver in all things. Iris fulfilled her dream by being a fabulous mother and homemaker. She was a member of Buchanan Chapel where she attended many years and served her Lord proudly. Although Iris will be greatly missed here on earth there is great rejoicing in Heaven today.

Services for Iris will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Buchanan Chapel with Pastor Keith Workman and Rev. Michael Ratcliff officiating. Burial will follow at Buchanan Cemetery.

Visitation for Iris will be 6:00 PM  until 9:00 PM Monday at Buchanan Chapel, under the direction of Young Funeral Home.

Online condolences may be left for the family at http://www.youngfuneralhomeinc.com/
