MARCH 1, 2024 – written by WADE QUEEN

HIGHER THAN THE TIP OF THE EARS ON A GOVERNMENT MULE AND GONE CRAZIER THAN A RABIES-INFECTED RACCOON: JEFFREY NAPIER, 22, OF FORT GAY, WEST VIRGINIA; WAS ARRESTED VERY EARLY FRIDAY MORNING FEBRUARY 23, AFTER HE WENT ON A DRUG-FUELED VIOLENT RAMPAGE IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM OF THREE RIVERS MEDICAL CENTER IN LOUISA, KENTUCKY.

A Wayne County, West Virginia man found himself placed in jail last week under the most of negative auspices, after he went into a drug induced major violent escapade at the local hospital emergency room.
According to the arrest citation report, on early Friday morning, February 23, deputy Joseph Osborne of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office was notified by emergency dispatch of a major disturbance in the emergency room at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa. Deputy Osborne wrote that he arrived and entered the ER at TRMC, whereupon he observed an individual, who was identified as Jeffrey Napier, 22, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; kicking and screaming at ER staff and EMS personnel.

Deputy Osborne stated he entered the room in the ER, and spoke with Jeffrey Napier, advising him to remain calm and stop kicking Three River Medical Center staff, to which Jeffrey Napier stated that he would stop lashing out.

Deputy Osborne wrote that after a brief moment, Jeffrey Osborne became enraged and kicked an ER in the neck, and also struck her in the arms. Prior to deputy Osborne’s arrival, he wrote that he was told that Jeffrey Napier had also punched two other ER nurses.

Deputy Osborne then stated that he observed Jeffrey Napier kick an EMT with the Patriot EMS in the chest, to which then Jeffrey Napier suddenly kicked deputy Osborne in the chest and face, according to the arrest citation report.

Jeffrey Napier started screaming that he did not want to be seen by a doctor and wanted to leave the hospital and go home. Deputy Osborne wrote further that Jeffrey Napier continued to scream and kick at him and the ER staff.

Deputy Osborne stated in the arrest citation report that it was then he detained Jeffrey Napier and placed him in handcuffs, but that deputy Osborrne wrote he assisted by a security guard to help restrain Jeffrey Napier in a wheelchair, where he was finally removed from the ER and was placed in deputy Osborne’s patrol vehicle.

Jeffrey Napier was arrested and charged with:
*ASSAULT 3RD DEGREE (EMS ,FIRE ,RESCUE SQUAD),
*ASSAULT 3RD DEGREE-POLICE OFFICER OR PROBATION OFFICER, and
*RESISTING ARREST..

Deputy Joseph Osborne finished his report by stating that Jeffrey Napier unilaterally admitted to him that he was high on methamphetamine.

Jeffrey Napier was later transported to and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville in Johnson County, KY. Jeffrey Napier posted his bond on Thursday morning, February 29, and was released from the BSRDC jail.

This idiot needs to be charged with more than 3rd degree assault. It should be a felony to hit or kick a officer or any medical professionals. Just my opinion.

Why wasn’t Louisa Police Department involved??? Would it not make perfect sense to have at least 2 officers present in these situations and have nobody going in alone??? And yes, I personally know that attacks on Three Rivers personnel have increased and something needs to change ASAP. Guy should’ve been shot and put out of his misery…

Leave this guy alone. It was a peaceful demonstration. Our Democrats welcome this. Remember the summer of 2020? Maybe Kamala will bail him out.

What a sad, little person you must be.
