Sheriff Rick Thompson stated that a suspect with multiple warrants was arrested last night by Road Patrol Deputies.
Deputies searched a residence between Fort Gay and Crum and located Jordan Stamperd attempting to hide under laundry. Stamperd is facing (7) felony charges and (11) misdemeanor charges.
Sheriff Thompson stated that Jordan is charged with:
Robbery 1st Degree
Kidnapping
Kidnapping
Domestic Assault
Battery
Petit Larceny
Driving Revoked DUI
Driving DUI
Fleeing Vehicle with Reckless Indifference
Fleeing while DUI
Refusing to comply with firefighter during emergency
Obstruction
Receiving and Transferring Stolen Goods
Possession of a Controlled Substance
False information to WVSP
Driving revoked DUI
Leaving scene of accident causing damage
Obstruction
