It is an honor to serve with Jill York in the Kentucky House of Representatives. No matter the issue, Jill proves everyday that she is a champion for the working families of northeast Kentucky.
I have come to know Jill not just as a strong leader willing to challenge the status quo to shake things up but as a friend. My wife and I have valued Jill and Donnie’s friendship the past 4 years. She is someone that is called on often when tough issues arise. She always works hard to deliver for her community. I have watched Jill time and time again take on the special interests in Frankfort when the hard working families of this state needed a champion.
Jill has become one of the legislators that the Governor calls on when he needs a pulse on the state and someone who has his ear. She is, and will always be, a principled leader who will fight for you in Frankfort.
There is one thing I have come to learn you don’t do in Frankfort and that is threaten the people that Jill York represents. I want to encourage you to send your fighter back to the Capitol. We need her voice and passion here.
