They’re not talking about the school line, they’re talking about how people don’t understand what a yellow caution arrow means. When you are turning down into town coming from the subway side you do not have the right of way if you have the yellow caution arrow. The people turning down into town coming from Joe Young’s direction have the right of way because they have the green light. But nobody understands this
