VICTIM IN FATAL ACCIDENT IDENTIFIED AS ARC EMPLOYEE

LOUISA, KY. — The victim of a fatal car/truck on Jan. 10 of this week has been identified by Ky. State Police as Caitlin Mitchell, 29,  of Carter County, Ky.

The vehicle was not identified by police but was believed to be a silver sedan. She collided with semi tractor-trailer but the driver of the truck has not been identified by police. He was not injured. (See previous Lazer story)

Ms. Mitchell was reportedly on her way to work as an employee of ARC in Louisa, Ky.
