Ashland, Ky. (March 6, 2017) – The Kentucky State Police Post 14 Ashland is investigating a single vehicle collision which resulted in multiple injuries. The collision occurred around 0741 AM yesterday morning on KY 8 in the area of the Greenup/Lewis County line.

Lacey C. Glenn, age 23, of Portsmouth, OH was operating a 2000 Nissan Altima and traveling west bound on KY 8. Glenn lost control and veered off the roadway and struck a storm culvert. After striking the culvert the vehicle became airborne and overturned several times before coming to final rest in a field next to KY 8.
