Rt. 152 crash under investigation
On Tuesday, May 2, 2017, a head on collision claimed the lives of two Wayne County residents.
The accident occurred approximately 3 miles north of Wayne on Route 152 near Sam’s Gun and Pawn.
Larry Joe Harless, 56 of Ardel Road, Wayne was one of the victims and the other was Gary Philip “Phil” Maynard 42 of Lavalette.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
