Sheriff Rick Thompson stated that two drug suspects from Louisa were arrested during a traffic stop in the Kenova area.

The Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit stopped a vehicle and during a search they located more than 50 grams of Methamphetamine, digital scales, and a handgun.

Sheriff Thompson stated that Randy ‘Tap’ Justice and Donald Young are each charged with Conspiracy to Distribute more than 50 grams of Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Deliver, and Pseudoephedrine Altered.

    Justice should have been in prison in KY from his drug case from few years back. For some reason they wouldn’t revoke him. Maybe WV will get the job done!
