Sheriff Rick Thompson stated that two drug suspects were arrested in the Dunlow area after a joint operation with the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit, Violent Crime and Drug Task Force West, and WV State Police.
Sheriff Thompson stated that a search warrant was executed at the residence of Jessie ‘Roo’ Salmons.
Methamphetamine, Marijuana, packaging material, a digital scale, and a 9mm handgun were seized. Jessie is charged with (4) counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance -Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Deliver – Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Deliver -Marijuana, Pseudoephedrine Altered, and Prohibited Person – Firearm Possession.
Carlos ‘Bear’ Stumbo was also arrested at his residence. Methamphetamine was seized from his residence. Carlos is charged with (5) Counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Deliver – Methamphetamine, and Pseudoephedrine Altered.
Yea roo will be out just like he got off when he murdered that man a while back. Slap them on the wrist tell them no no and not to do it again.
