The Grand Jury charges that on or about October 14, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
Cheryl Delong committed the offense of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 14 baggies of Methamphetamine and a large amount of needles with the intent to traffic in that Methamphetamine or by trafficking in that approximately 14 baggies of Methamphetamine
The above named defendant committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the second degree.
Cheryl Delong committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Cocaine.
The above named defendant committed the offense of possession of Marijuana.
The above named defendant committed the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Grand Jury charges that on or about February 6, 2022 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
Keith Wiley committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking over $1000 by knowingly and unlawfully taking a Coke a Cola refrigerator, 2 Coke a Cola wooden shelves and a metal display stand from Cardinal Country Store in Inez Kentucky.
The Grand Jury charges that on or about December 3, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
Frankie Maynard committed the offense of receiving stolen property under $1000 by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Honda ATV stolen from Hurley, Virginia, with an approximate value exceeding $500 but less than $1000.
