Sheriff Rick Thompson stated that a suspect was arrested today after a drug investigation by the Violent Crime and Drug Task Force West in the Meadow Links area of Rt 75.
Erik Mull, of Huntington, is charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance- Heroin.
Sheriff Thompson stated that the Violent Crime and Drug Task Force West is made up of the WV State Police, U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, Wayne County Sheriff’s Department, and Putnam County Sheriff’s Department. Erik was taken into custody by the US Marshals Cuffed Task Force in Huntington.
Great Job Wayne County. Sure wish the Lawrence County Sheriff would do something. Sure ain’t done much in last three years. Let’s see if he starts doing something with election coming up.
