Tammy Josephine (Kirk) Ferguson, 42, of Adams, KY went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 following an extended illness.

Tammy was born December 14, 1981 in Huntington, WV to Brenda (Prince) Kirk and the late Charles Kirk. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter LeTemarra Rae; grandfathers James “Milt” Prince and Donald “Don” Kirk; and grandmother Elneada Kirk.

She was a housewife and cosmetologist.

She is survived by her husband Michael Ferguson; mother Brenda Kirk; grandmother Frances Prince; children Natasha Kirk, Desiare Ferguson, Tristan Ratliff, Brayden King, and Michael Ferguson, Jr.; 2 grandsons; aunts and uncles Sharon (William) King and Jim (Lisa) Prince; and a host of cousins, friends, and family that mourn her passing.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jim Osborne officiating. Burial will follow in the Prince Cemetery on Dry Ridge Road.

Friends may visit the family on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to help offset funeral expenses.

Arrangements are under the direction of Young Funeral Home.
