Susan Ann Bowen of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on June 9, 2022 at the age of 53.
She was born in Galion, OH to her parents Delmar and Gloria Hammond on April 30, 1969.
Susan was a dedicated, loyal, and loving mother to her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her 3 sons and 1 daughter: Jerry (Sherry) Bowen, Marcus (Kristan) Bowen, Aaron (Amber) Bowen, and Jennie (Shannon) Young; grandchildren Abigail, Annebelle, Leah, Marcus Jr., Brooklyn, Kason, and one more coming soon. She is also survived by her sister Lisa Spain, brothers Chris Cox and James Cox; and her husband James Phillips. Susan was preceded in death by her ex-husband and father of her children Jerry Bowen.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
