Requests:
Re: Request to the Lawrence County Board of Education for Creation and Changes regarding Positions
Request the following positions be created effective July 25, 2018:
(1) Occupational Therapist:
185 day contract for $65,000 with one-quarter percent increase per year of service in the district or;
148 day contract for $52,000 with one-quarter percent increase per year of service in the district or;
111 day contract for $39,000 with one-quarter percent increase per year of service in the district.
(2) Itinerant Instructional Assistants (Classified Pay Scale; 150 to 183 days; if needed)
(1) Instructional Assistant (Preschool) at Louisa West Elementary School (Classified Pay Scale; 150 to 183 days)
Request the following position be changed effective July 25, 2018:
(1) Physical/Occupational Therapist ($59,917 with one-quarter increase per year of service in the district and 185 days) to (1) Physical Therapist:
185 day contract for $65,000 with one-quarter percent increase per year of service in the district or;
148 day contract for $52,000 with one-quarter percent increase per year of service in the district or;
111 day contract for $39,000 with one-quarter percent increase per year of service in the district.
