The US Social Security Administration recently announced that it will be waiving the over-payment debts held by many former clients of disgraced Kentucky lawyer Eric Conn.

Thousands of former clients had their disability benefits suspended after Conn’s conviction in 2017, with most of them not having a way to pay off their debts.

Eastern Kentucky attorney Ned Pillersdorf represented several of the former clients. He said the ruling also means that former Conn clients will finally be treated as victims and not co-conspirators.

“ They’re no longer gonna go through these accusatory hearings, but go through a much fairer review process. These people aren’t criminals.”

He said the recent ruling means these people will finally see this heavy burden lifted off their shoulders.

“ We’re finally getting some overdue relief. While the change of reviews won’t automatically mean money, to me it means my neighbors– who’ve never met Mr. Conn– are no longer under the cloud of being considered criminals.”

The Administration will be sending out letters to qualified persons detailing the new policy changes. It will also be refunding money it had previously collected for over-payments.

People knew Conn was ripping off the govt thats why they chose him to get their bogus benifits. Still they get a pass to rip off the working class. The parisites are sucking the money dry. Now the dems can add more illegal immigrants as well. No wonder SS is going broke.

Conn is probably a republican🤔Also, those clients are most likely Republicans as well, why I don’t know but you still choose to blame the democrats, yeah ok.
