Sharon Davis, 71, of Olive Hill, KY, formerly of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 12, 2019.

Sharon was born June 12, 1948 in Columbus, OH to the late Logan and Mary Katherine (Kirk) Adams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Davis; children John Wesley Messer and Alethea Marie Messer; brother Clifford Adams and sister Aleechawa Wells.

Survivors include her daughters Loganna Faye Swisher (Virl “Little Man” Parish), Katherine Ruth (John) Shaver, and Sharon Minusina Messer (Krys Legg); grandchildren Leslie (Ryan) Strawser, Jocelyn (Michael) Caron, Tristen Katherine, Kyle Logan, Hayden Dudley, Breonna Renee, Wesley Allen, Ryan Keith, Elijah James, Michael Alan, Joshua Kane, Colton Minus, Odessa Heaven, Destine Lynn, Juan Luis, and Nevaeh Dawn; great grandchildren Brayden, Gunnar, Mackenzie, Veronica, Sullivan, Zaiden, Aubree, Avery, and Alinea; brothers Howard Preston Adams and Harold Adams; sisters Deemonzia Shiplett, Florence Savage, and Brenda Adams; and special friend Melvin Perkins and the Perkins family.

Friends may visit the family on Friday, December 20, 2019 from Noon to 2:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Ms. Davis.
