Sandra New, 76, of Titusville, passed away at Hospice of St Francis Care Center on January, 31, 2020 surrounded by family.

She was born on July 12, 1943 in Fort Gay, West Virginia and was preceded in death by her parents, Charles W. Spears and Elaine Philpott Spears Ratliff.

Sandra is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Bobby L. New. She is also survived by one son Robert New (Donna) of Berea, KY, one daughter Lisa New Landen (James) of Titusville, FL, granddaughter Lindsey New Garrison (Daniel) of Berea, KY and grandsons Joshua New of Berea, KY and Austin Landen (fiancée Annalisa Dibernardo) of Titusville, FL.

Sandra graduated from Fort Gay High School in 1960 as Valedictorian of her class. She and Bob were married in 1960 and they lived in Louisa, KY and South Shore, KY before settling in Wheelersburg, OH to raise their family. In Wheelersburg, Sandra worked as a book keeper and tax preparer.

In 1981, Sandra and Bob moved to Titusville, FL where Sandra discovered her passion for real estate, obtaining her Real Estate License in 1983. Sandra was a Realtor at Century21 Paradise Palm in Titusville. During her 35+ year career as a Realtor, Sandra touched many lives and made many friends.

Sandra loved selling real estate, spending time with her family, relaxing in their cabin in Tennessee, traveling the United States and winning on the slot machines.

Sandra was a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, trusted colleague and loyal friend. She will be greatly missed by all.

A visitation will be held at North Brevard Funeral Home from 5-7pm Tuesday February 4, 2020. Services will be at North Brevard Funeral Home at 10am on Wednesday, February 5. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Titusville.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sandra’s name to Hospice of St Francis.
