A West Virginia man who was wanted on fugitive warrants in a couple states, was arrested early Thursday evening after leading numerous law enforcement officers on a chase through downtown Louisa and onto U.S. 23 which then went into a short high speed pursuit that ended several miles south in southern Lawrence County

According to a press statement from the Louisa Police Department, just after 6:30 P.M., the Louisa Police Department and the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, worked in conjunction with the U.S. Marshal Service Southern West Virginia Fugitive Task Force, who had begun a vehicle pursuit of a fugitive suspect, who was identified Ronald L.
