Rilda “Sue” Louise Wallace, 84, of Buchanan, Kentucky passed from this life on February 12, 2023.

She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Virginia Walters, and her husband, Daniel E. Wallace.

Her survivors include; brother Dennis Maxwell Walters; sons Danny (SuVonna) Wallace, and Mike (Carolyn) Wallace; grandchildren John Wallace, Daniel Chrisman, Aaron Wallace, Nick (Kirsten) Wallace, and SuVonna Wallace; great-granddaughter Everlee Wallace; and a host of friends and extended family.

Sue was a Homemaker and long-time member of Bear Creek United Methodist Church. Her faith and family were the treasures she cherished above all else and to the end.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Sue and her family. John Wallace, Nick Wallace, Cory Phelps, Damon Phelps, Jesse Wallace, and Trey Phelps will serve as Pallbearers. Aaron Wallace will serve as Honorary Pallbearer.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bear Creek United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held at Bear Creek United Methodist Church on Thursday, February 16 at 10:30 AM. A graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery in Louisa, KY immediately following the service.
