Rev. Robert “Bob” Dilley, 69, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 6, 2021.

Bob was born November 3, 1951 in Louisa, KY to the late Earl and Blanche Parsley Dilley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son in law Chuck Arrington.

Bob was a member of the Class of 1969 from Morehead State University. After graduation he began working for the US Postal Service and retired as Postmaster.

Bob was a member of the Louisa Church of God and was previously the minister at Garrett Chapel United Methodist Church. He loved to teach Sunday School. Bob spent his free time hunting, riding motorcycles, and playing with his grandchildren, whom he loved with his whole heart.

Survivors include his wife Kate Dilley; daughters Katherine Carreen Arrington and Christina Elizabeth (Dennie) Land; grandchildren Madison Arrington (Austin Wilson), Peyton Arrington (Kara Williamson), Christian Land, and Cainan Land; special cousin who was his best friend Rodney Sparks, and godson Adam Meade.

Funeral services for Mr. Dilley are private.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Dilley and his family.
