Tolsia Head Coach Ric Morrone

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… Coach Justice is a good friend of mine and he has done a great job at Riverview, they always play hard and always play physical. I thought we adapted to their style of play after the first quarter and really picked it up on defense. We were a little bit sluggish to start the game but got it together and came away victorious.”

“… We have really been emphasizing rebounding and I thought we did a good job of that tonight. I told the girls that we have to do what we can do. I think we grew up a little bit and tonight and finished inside better in the second half. We are playing four underclassman a bunch so far and they are young but talented.”

“… We didn’t play very good at all on Friday and got beat up pretty good but we didn’t quit. This team doesn’t know the meaning of that. And that is something to be proud of.”

“… We are going to have some fun this weekend with the girls. Going to take them to the Marshall game on Saturday and to eat as well. And then get back to work and get ready for Man.”
