Raymond Hayes

1941  ––  2018

Raymond Hayes, 76, of Lowmansville, Kentucky went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 13, 2018. 

Raymond was born October 11, 1941 in Lawrence county Kentucky to the late Kenneth Hayes and Julia Mae Moore Hayes.  He was a retired diesel mechanic from Hobet Mining Company.

Raymond is preceeded in death by two daughters, Kimberly Rae and Angela Dawn Hayes. 

Survivors include his wife Lillian VanHoose Hayes, one sister Larlene Hayes LeMaster (William) of Louisa.  Two daughters, Wendy Hayes of Lowmansville and Melissa Waters (John) of Hendersonville, Tennessee.  Also surviving two grandchildren Hayley Brooke and Preston Garrett.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 16, 4-8 PM at the Southside Freewill Baptist Church in Paintsville.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Southside Freewill Baptist Church with burial to follow at Hayes Family Cemetery, Charlie, Kentucky.
