Ranvil Gene Boggs, 62, of Louisa, KY passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at his home.

 

Mr. Boggs was born November 24, 1956 in Blaine, Kentucky to the late Ishmeal and Bonnie Moore Boggs. In addition to his parents, he  was preceded in death by a sister, Marlena Boggs, and two brothers, Douglas W. and Roger Lee Boggs.

 

He is survived by his wife, Judy Boggs, one son, Anthony Boggs; one sister, Wanda (Earl) Boggs; two nephews, James and Shannon Boggs; and one niece, Shawna McKenzie.

 

He was a former Correctional Officer for Big Sandy Regional Detention Center and member of the Cordell FWB Church.

 

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Cordell FWB Church in Blaine, KY with Rev. Roger Jordan, Rev. Josh Ramey, and Rev. James Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Yatesville Memorial Gardens.

Friends may visit the family on Friday, November 8 after 5 PM at Wilson Funeral Home and on Saturday at Cordell FWB Church from 11 AM until the time of services.

 

All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
