Lawrence Co. Head Coach Chandler Thompson

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… It was great to leave the gym Monday night with a win. Didn’t feel like we played a great game offensively or defensively, but scrapped and competed well enough to find a way to win. Every win that this young team can get will only help them later down the road.

“…I am extremely proud of them for finding a way. A lot of times when shots aren’t falling, it can have a negative impact on a team. These guys kept fighting a kept believing and found a way. We’ve got a lot to learn from our first 4 games. Hopefully we can fix some of these things over the next few practice days before heading to Olive Hill Saturday evening.”
