1930 — 2017

Pearlene Moore, 87, of Russell, Ky. passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky.

Pearlene was born January 23, 1930 in Lawrence County Ky.; daughter of the late Harrison and Myrte Moore. She was a homemaker, a loving mother, Grandmother and great Grandmother, and will be loved and missed by all.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by first husband, Edgle Estep, and her second husband, Lawrence Moore; 4 brothers, 8 sisters, 2 daughters, Christine Estep and Emma Hopper, step children, Mattie Davis and Russel Estep.

Pearlene is survived by her children, Edgle (Rosa) Estep of Springfield, Ohio; Dennis (Natalie) Estep of Raceland, Ky; Diane (Dennis) Robbins of Speedwell, TN.; 6 step-children, Ruth West, Carl (Vickie) Moore, Bonnie (Jerry) Yoder, Sandy (Richard) Darby, Sharron (Roger) Neil, Maxine (John) Johnson; 2 sisters, Irene Ward of 2nd Creek, WV; Elen Marie Pack of Pikeville, Ky., 20 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

The family would like to give thanks to a special nephew, Darrel (Kelly) Pack for their love and support and care during Pearlene’s illness.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Young Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Childers officiating. Burial will follow at Yatesville Memorial Gardens, Louisa, Ky.

Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 pm Friday, May 5, 2017 at Young Funeral Home Chapel.
