Patricia “Patty Carter” 61 of Louisa, KY passed away June 15, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center following a brief illness.
Patty was born November 15, 1959 in Louisa, the daughter of the late William Henry “Pete” and Geneva Jones Isaac. She was a legal secretary for Wilson & Bailey Law Firm and loved to work on the family farm.
Survivors include her husband Willard Carter; two sons William Michael Maynard and wife Courtney and Trevor Maynard and wife Tessa; a sister Kathy Reid and husband Brian; two brothers James Robert Isaac and wife Pam and Jeff Isaac and wife Kim; Grandchildren Laurel Maynard and Dylan Maynard; Nieces Brandy Triplett and husband Robert, Brooke Miller and husband Jordan, and Caroline Mullins and husband Jacob; a host of several other nieces and nephews; two step-daughters Sabrina Robinson and husband Rodney and Stacy Carter and husband Nathan.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday July 3rd at 1:00 pm at the W. M. Shannon Cemetery on Patrick Hill Road Louisa with Pastor Chris Wilson officiating.
