Patricia Carnita Slone Estep

1952 — 2017

Patricia Carnita Slone Estep 64 of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday March 28, 2017 following a brief illness.

Pat was born Sept. 13, 1952 at Little Mine Fork, KY the daughter of the late Donald and Georgia Pennington Slone. She was a retired Lawrence County School Teacher and attended the Lighthouse FWB Church.

Survivors include her loving husband Danny Estep; two daughters Stephanie Johnson and husband Darren of Louisa and Rebecca Maynard and husband Eric of Fort Gay, WV; three grandchildren Tristan Johnson, Braydan Maynard, and Boedy Maynard; four siblings, Sandra Setser of Oil Springs, KY, Pam Collier, Jeanetta Blanton, and Ronald Slone all of Little Mine Fork, KY; Brother-in-laws Paul (Beverly) Estep of Keaton, KY and Johnny (Carolyn) Estep of Staffordsville, KY; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday April 1 at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Bevins, Rev. Greg Caudill, and Bro. Jimmy Castle officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens Louisa, Kentucky.

Friends may visit the family on Friday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.

The family would like to express their heartfelt Thanks to the ICU Nursing Staff at Cabell Huntington Hospital for the care they gave to Pat.

Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
