NEW MARTIN COUNTY INDICTMENTS ALL DRUG RELATED

INEZ, Ky. — A Martin County Grand Jury returned the following criminal indictments on April 11, 2024.

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Paul Brewer

The Commonwealth Attorney charges: that on or before the 1st day of April, 2024, in Martin County, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Paul Brewer committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

2. Paul Brewer committed the offense of Possession/Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of scales used to weigh controlled substances and glass pipes used to ingest controlled substances.

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Michael Dean

The Commonwealth Attorney charges: that on or before the 17th day of February, 2024, in Martin County, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Michael Dean committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of marijuana.

2. Michael Dean committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

3. Michael Dean committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified.

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Breezy Jude

The Commonwealth Attorney charges: that on or before the 22nd day of March, 2024, in Martin County, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Breezy Jude committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of marijuana.

2. Breezy Jude committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine.

3. Breezy Jude committed the offense of Possession/Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a glass pipe used to ingest controlled substances.

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Breezy Jude

The Commonwealth Attorney charges: that on or before the 10th day of January, 2024, in Martin County, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Breezy Jude committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Schedule IV or V controlled substance, namely Suboxone.

2. Breezy Jude committed the offense of Possession/Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a glass pipe used to ingest controlled substances.

3. Breezy Jude committed the offense of Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Samsung smart phone previously reported stolen.

4. Breezy Jude committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately two baggies with approximately 3.5 grams of Methamphetamine, digital scales, and small individual plastic baggies, with the intent to traffic in that Methamphetamine, or by trafficking in that approximately 3.5 grams of Methamphetamine.
