Ms. Betty Fluty, 92, of Louisa went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 14, 2018.
She was born May 13, 1925 in Louisville, KY to the late Clarence Fogles and Carrie Patterson. Betty was retired from Three Rivers Medical Center where she was a Nurse’s Aide. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Carl Fluty, son Robert Allen Fluty and sister Dorthey Damron.
Survivors include her children Carl Thomas “Buck” (Pat) Fluty, Larry Lee (Ros) Fluty, Terry Richard Fluty and Barbara (Bob) Leis; grandchildren Carla (Sam) Copley, Shawna (Scott) Burnette, Frankie Webb, Drema Steinmetz, Teresa Webb Evans, Andrea (David) Meloche, Richard Fluty, and Gregory Fluty; great grandchildren Braden Copley, Kellen Copley, Sean Burnette, Cody Burnette, Gage Fluty, Mackenzie Webb, Cheryl McNutt, Alexandria Steinmetz, Emma Meloche, Kevin Evans and Aaron Evans; 4 great great grandchildren; sister Margaret L. Waters “Snooks” and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Ms. Fluty will be conducted Friday, January 19, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Steve Ramey officiating. Burial will follow in the Endicott Cemetery in Ft. Gay, WV.
Visitation will be Friday, January 19, 2018 from 10:00 AM until time of service.
