MOTHER AND DAUGHTER AMONG THOSE ARRESTED IN PRICHARD

Sheriff Rick Thompson stated three suspects from Prichard have been arrested for Felony warrants.

 

A mother and daughter were arrested on drug charges in Prichard.

 

They were arrested by Road Patrol Deputies for warrants stemming from separate investigations by the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit.

 

Deborah ‘Sue’ Brewer is charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

 

Amber Ball is charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver and Driving while revoked for DUI.

 

Amber was out on bond from an investigation in April where the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit charged her with Possession with Intent to Deliver,  Pseudoephedrine Altered,  Fleeing in a vehicle,  driving while revoked for DUI, and possession of a controlled substance.

 

Sheriff Thompson stated that the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit has received multiple complaints of traffic at their residence and have arrested several people over the past few weeks that left the residence.  Four other people have been arrested that is connected to the residence and a fifth is still wanted.

 

In a separate investigation Gary Odell was charged with Felony Fleeing in a vehicle, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine (Pseudoephedrine Altered), and driving on a suspended driver’s license. Gary was out on bond for Felony Possession of Methamphetamine.

 

Sheriff Thompson stated that the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit and Road Patrol Deputies executed a search warrant at Gary’s residence.

 

Warrants were filed on Vicki Jones (Nelson), of Crum,  for Felony possession of Methamphetamine in this invinvestigation.
