Victoria Brooke Penix, won Miss Septemberfest and Most Photogenic overall. She is the 16 year old daughter of Victor and Samatha Penix, of Louisa, KY. She’s a junior at LCHS where she’s a 4.0 student, varsity cheerleader, golf team and class secretary. She was the 2021 recipient of the Rogers Scholar for Lawrence Co.
