Mary Hazel Cordle, 74, of Blaine passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016 at The Jordan Center.
Miss Cordle was born November 3, 1942 in Blaine, KY to the late Jesse M. and (Dixon) Cordle.
She is survived by three nephews, Donald Cordle, Edward Cordle, & Hershel L. Cordle.
Funeral services was conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 27 at Hoods Fork United Baptist Church, Blaine, KY with Elder Gene May, Johnny Mullins, And Dewey Mulling officiating. Burial followed in Marvin Sparks Cemetery.
