1949 — 2017

Mary Dixon, 68, of Louisa, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at her home.

Mary was born August 25, 1949 to the late James and Birdie Mills. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ray Dixon and brothers Eligah Mills and Lacey Hi Mills.

Survivors include her children Ray Dixon, Jr. and Kelly Allred; sisters Jemima Daniels, Jo Green, Geneva Nelson, and Jenny Zornes; and brothers Wallace Mills and Walker Mills.

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Dixon will be conducted Friday, December 1, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Yatesville Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be conducted Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Young Funeral Home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Lowmansville Volunteer Fire Department.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Young Funeral Home. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.youngfuneralhomeinc.com.
