Martin County Grand Jury met June 3, 2021 and returned only two indictments.

 

Commonwealth of Ky vs. Timothy Mullett

 

The Grand Jury charges that on or before April 25, 2021 in Martin County Kentucky, the above named defendant:

  1. Timothy Mullett committed the offense of assault in the second (2nd) degree by intentionally assaulting his wife of record, Kelli M. Mullett, causing serious physical injury.

 

Commonwealth of Ky vs. Earnest New

The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 17, 2021   in Martin County Kentucky, the above named defendant:

  1. Earnest New committed the  offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first (1st) degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Heroin.

  2. Earnest New committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first (1st) degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Cocaine.

  3. The above named defendant committed the offense of possession/use of drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of altered straws and an altered pipe.

  4. The above named defendant committed the violation of  no/expired other state registration by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway, without proper required registration as defined in KRS: 186.140.

    That first one is the wrong picture that’s his dad. I’m his wife and I’m so thankful he got indicted for kicking my face so hard he broke my orbital socket and nose. I hope he gets everything he deserves.
