Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Jonathan Mollett
The Grand Jury charges: That on or about August 21, 2023 in Martin County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Jonathan Mollett acting alone or in complicity with Rush Fraley committed the offense of Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a 2012 Artic Cat brand 4 wheeler,stolen from Junior Horn of Inez, KY.
2. The defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the Second (2nd) Degree.
Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Rush Fraley
The Grand Jury charges: That on or about August 21, 2023 in Martin County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Rush Fraley acting alone or in complicity with Jonathan Mollett committed the offense of Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a 2012 Artic Cat brand 4 wheeler, stolen from Junior Horn of Inez, KY.
2. That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the Second (2nd) Degree.
Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Fred Daniels
The Grand Jury charges: That on or about September 5th, 2023, in Martin County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Fred Daniels, committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately nineteen (19) grams of Methamphetamine, and three (3) sets of digital scales adjusted to the measurement of grams, with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in that controlled substance, namely Methamphetamine.
2. Fred Daniels committed the offense Trafficking Marijuana (Less than Eight (8) Ounces) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of multiple plastic baggies containing Marijuana, three (3) sets of digital scales adjusted to the measurement of grams, with the intent to traffic in that Marijuana or by trafficking in the Marijuana.
3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered glass smoking device, used as a pipe against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Charles Stacy
The Grand Jury charges: That on February 8th, 2023 in Martin County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. On February 8th, 2023, Charles F. Stacy, committed the offense of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second (2nd) Degree when he knowing and unlawfully was in possession of a forged Kentucky Certification of Title for a 2004 Pontiac GTO, with the intent to defraud.
Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Jason Mollett
That on or before August 4th, 2023, in Martin County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant.
1. Jason Mollett committed the offense of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon by possessing a Taurus brand 9mm caliber handgun after having been previously convicted of a felony Martin Circuit Court 15-CR-00076.
Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Joshua Moore
The Grand Jury charges: That from on or before August 5th, 2023, in Martin County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Joshua Moore committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine.
2. The above named defendant committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered glass pipe.
