Robert L. Dillon, 40, of Kermit, West Virginia; was arrested on September 12,2020, at 3:02 A.M., by deputy David Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department,& was charged with:

• BAIL JUMPING 1ST DEGREE.

Courtney M. Mills, 24, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was arrested on September 15, 2020, at 2:27 A.M.,by deputy David Adams,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with,via a warrant from Floyd County,Ky:

• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION AUTO – $500 OR MORE BUT UNDER/$10,000,

• PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER II.

Jeffrey Stanley, 42, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on September 15, 2020, at 10:25 P.M., by Constable Tony Preece, of the Martin County Constable Office-District 2, and was charged with:

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

Brandon Ray Newsome, 29, of Debord,Kentucky; was arrested on September 16, 2020, at 2:15 P.M., by trooper Ryan Hale, of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9-Pikeville, Ky., and was charged with:

• FAILURE TO APPEAR.

Kody Allen Endicott, 26, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on September 16, 2020, at 3:42 P.M., by the Sheriff John K. Kirk, of the Martin County Sheriff Department,& was charged with:

• OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE,

• NO REGISTRATION PLATES,

• POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.

Dwayne Crum, 28, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on September 16, 2020, at 3:57 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department,& was charged with:

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

Austin L. Maynard, 26, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on September 17, 2020, at 1:53 A.M., by deputy David Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:

Shane N. Ward, 21, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on September 17,2020,at 1:57 A.M.,by deputy David Adams,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:

Ivan Maynard, 59, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on September 18, 2020, at 2:22 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department,& was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Tammy J. Evans, 48, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on September 19, 2020, at 2:26 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:

• UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE-1ST OFFENSE.

Melvin Fletcher, 58, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on September 21, 2020, at 6:24 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:

• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (< 10 D.U. DRUG UNSPECIFIED SCH 1 & 2),

• PRESCRIPTION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOT PROPER CONTAINER 1ST OFFENSE,

• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST OFFENSE.

Jenious Maynard, 35, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County, Ky., on September 22, 2020, at 6:13 P.M., by officer Brian Runyon, of the Paintsville Police Sheriff Department, & was charged with:

• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST OFFENSE,

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

Douglas Thompson, 40, of Warfield,Kentucky; was arrested on September 23, 2020, at 10:53 P.M., by deputy David Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Jackie B. Haney, 25 ,of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on September 23, 2020, at 11:12 P.M., by deputy David Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department,& was charged with: • SERVING PAROLE VIOLATION WARRANT.

Anglea Vance-Slone, 45, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on September 24, 2020, at 12:12 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (DRUG UNSPECIFIED), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS, • DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE.

Mark P. Carter, 54,of Lovely,Kentucky; was arrested on September 24, 2020, at 4:30 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE).

Carter J. Short, 36, of Manchester, Kentucky; was arrested on September 24, 2020,at 10:03 P.M.,by the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, •  OBSTRUCTED VISION AND/OR WINDSHIELD.
