Scott Marcum, 34, of Inez, was arrested on May 21, 2019, at 2:04 A.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

 • FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 1ST DEGREE (MOTOR VEHICLE),  • WANTON ENDANGERMENT-1ST DEGREE-POLICE OFFICER,

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).

 

John Albert Preston, 38, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested om May 22, 2019, at 1:06 AM., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: 

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS, 

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED.

 

 

Lacey James Maynard, 35, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on May 22,2019, at 10:08 P.M.,by Constable Brad Preece.and was charged with: 

• VIOLATION OF A KENTUCKY EPO/DVO.

 

Melissa L. Jude, 42, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on May 23, 2019, at 1:22 A.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: 

• FAILURE TO APPEAR, CITATION FOR MISDEMEANOR.

 

Shannon L Workman, 45 of Lovely, Kentucky;was arrested on May 23, 2019, at 8:14 A.M., by Constable Brad Preece., and was charged with: 

• CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE.

 

Johnathan A. Perry, 28, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on May 27, 2019, at 9:10 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: 

•PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL),

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE.

 

Joshua Allen Mills, 32, of Inez, was booked and taken into custody on May 28, 2019, at 3:20 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence:

Floyd Luster Jr., 44, of Inez, was arrested on May 28, 2019, at 11:12 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: 

• VIOLATION OF AIR POLLUTION STANDARDS AND RULES.

Curtis Bowen, 31, of Inez, was booked and taken into custody on May 31, 2019, at 6:19 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, to serve a weekend guilty plea jail sentence:
