Charles S. Fletcher, 44, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on July 1, 2021, at 12:11 P.M., by Sheriff John H. Kirk, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with via two grand jury indictments: • POSSESSION OF HANDGUN BY CONVICTED FELON, • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (< 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE).
Kassandra Hamilton, 28, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on July 1, 2021, at 2:30 P.M., by deputy Kris Lang, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.
Matthew S. Daniels, 30, of Paintsville, Kentucky; was originally arrested in Fayette County, KY. on June 29 by officer R. Kayla Fugate, 33, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on July 2, 2021, at 1:32 P.M., by deputy Billy Patrick, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS, • ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A MINOR.
Timothy Stacy, 49, of Kermit, West Virginia; was arrested on July 3, 2021, at 2:40 P.M., by deputy David Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), • FAILURE TO APPEAR.

Martin T. Howell, 43, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on July 7, 2021, at 3:36 P.M., by deputy David Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department,and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT. The bench warrant was from the Martin County Court.
