MARTIN COUNTY ARREST LIST – FEBRUARY 15-23, 2019

HERE ARE THE NAMES AND CHARGES OF THE LATEST 14 PEOPLE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN MARTIN COUNTY OR ANY MARTIN COUNTY CITIZENS ARRESTED BY A POLICE AGENCY IN NEIGHBORING JURISDICTIONS:

Shayne A. Fields, 28, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on February 15, 2020, at 8:55 P.M., by deputy David Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT. The warrant was from Pike County, Ky.

 

Shayne A. Fields was transferred from the Big Sandy Regional; Detention Center in Paintsville Ky. in Johnson County, and was taken to the Pike County Detention Center in Pikeville, Ky. on the warrant charge:

• FAILURE TO PAY FINES; and his bond was set at same amount of his fines total: $640.50, FULL CASH

John Thomas Allen, 33, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested in Lawrence County, on February 17, 2020, at 9:26 A.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police,Post 14-Ashland, and was charged with:

• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE,

• NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT,

• NO REGISTRATION PLATES,

• FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE,

• LICENSE TO BE IN POSSESSION,

• REAR LICENSE NOT ILLUMINATED.

 

Brian Howell, 40, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 18, 2020, at 6:23 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED,

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE).

 

Frankie L. Maynard, 43, of Pilgrim, Kentucky; was arrested on February 19, 2018 at 12:12 P.M., by an officer of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with:

• PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFFENSE).

Carlos D. Barton, 30, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on February 19, 2020, at 1:47 P.M., by deputy David Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department,and was charged with:

• SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.

Shannon Evans, 34, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 20, 2020, at 1:30 P.M., by trooper Hall of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9-Pikeville, and was charged with:

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL),

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE.

Tommy D. Evans, 42, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 20, 2020, at 9:36 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• FAILURE TO APPEAR (2 SEPARATE CHARGES COUNTS).

Kevin Meade, 43, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested in Boyd County, on February 21, 2020, at 2:11 P.M., by an officer of the Ashland Police Department, and was charged with:

• FAILURE TO APPEAR.

Patricia Ann Crum, 53, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on February 21, 2020, at 4:46 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL)

Jeffery D. Harless, 48, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 21, 2020, at 7:14 P.M., by deputy David Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-2ND DEGREE,

• MENACING.

Ricky Shane Pauley, 27, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on February 21, 2020, at 8:31 P.M., by deputy David Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT,

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 2ND OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE).

Jason A. Vanover, 41, of Tomahawk,Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County, on February 21, 2020, at 10:57 P.M., by officer Zachary Stapleton, of the Paintsville Police Department, & was charged with:

• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE,

• FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE,

• POSSESSION OF OPEN ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTAINER IN MOTOR VEHICLE PROHIBITED,

• NO REGISTRATION PLATES,

• NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT,

• FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD,

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE,

• RECKLESS DRIVING.

Arthur R. Jude, 35, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 22, 2020, at 5:37 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 2ND OFFENSE,

• FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE,

• NO REGISTRATION PLATES,

• NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT.

Charles Aquinaldo, 31, of East Point, Kentucky; was arrested on February 23, 2020, at 5:12 A.M., by trooper Ryan Hale, of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9-Pikeville, and was charged with:

• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE
