EVEN WITH NO ARRESTS OVER 3 DAY PERIOD BEFORE AND THRU CHRISTMAS WEEKEND PERIOD, 20 INDIVIDUALS WERE ARRESTED IN THE LAST 8 DAYS;

EX-LOUISA NATIVE THOMAS OSBORNE JR. LINKED TO INFAMOUS 2003 BEATING ASSAULT THAT LED TO EVENTUAL DEATH OF WELL-KNOWN LOUISA BUSINESSMAN, THIS TIME ARRESTED ON OFFENSES INCLUDING DRUG AND WEAPON CHARGES.

 

Matthew C. MooreMatthew C. Moore, 33, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on December 22, 2017, at 4:46 P.M., by deputy Chris Todd of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT, • FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 1ST DEGREE (ON FOOT), • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING (ANHYDROUS AMMONIA).
