New Covid-19 case in Lawrence County?
The Martin County Health Department reported a fourth case of Covid-19 in their county Friday morning. Later the same evening, they reported that the case was in a neighboring county and not in Martin County.
A Health Dept. spokesperson said that as of yesterday evening they had only three cases and all have recovered. The positive case was a Lawrence County resident according to Steve Ward, the director of the Martin County Health Department.
He indicated that person was tested at Martin County Clinic.
As of yesterday afternoon, Lawrence County Health Department had posted a daily update on their Facebook page and no new positives were reported, however.
