Sheriff Rick Thompson stated that a major drug dealer was arrested late last night after a search warrant was executed in the Rt 75 area.
Sheriff Thompson stated that the search warrant stemmed from a lengthy investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit. Approximately 452 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine was seized from the residence along with 9 grams of Heroin. More than $24,000 in cash was also seized.
Joshua May and his girlfriend Jillian Merritt were arrested and each charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver- Heroin, Possession with Intent to Deliver- Methamphetamine, Conspiracy to Distribute 50 grams or more- Methamphetamine, Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin, and Pseudoephedrine Altered.
Violent Crime and Drug Task Force West and the Kenova Police Department assisted in executing the search warrant.
If he was any kind of man he’d own his shit instead of letting her get charged.

Usually I would agree with you. But this could SAVE her LIFE. Be thankful something is intervening. When someone is on Meth or heroin, it puts it’s claws in and owns you. If there was any other help, hope, or thing that would be stopping her, it would have happened by now. She’s been owned & controlled by it long enough. Hoping they both clean up and find a way to have a normal life that isn’t self-destructive.
She own’s it and she can control it . She is as guilty as he is. Prison is a fine intervention! Drug addicts are scum of the earth and a .357 to the head would be the very best intervention!

Ah…if only we could all be as perfect as Charles. Who has no issues of his own nor has he ever done anything wrong in his life! He is my brother and he had a problem with drugs as I did also I’ve been clean now 3 years but just because you never been a addict doesn’t mean you never will be or your kids might be you never know so id say how would you feel if people talked trash about your kid or mom or so on if they was a addict ??? I hope this changes him for the better he had just lost his dad to cancer and he was very depressed .. thanks and pray instead of talking crap
