Sherry Cavins Burchett snapped some great photos of the opening of the Louisa Fire School where Jack Arrowood was honored for his 50+ years of service to the department and Chief Eddie Preston was recognized for a recent fire rescue. That’s me congratulating Mr. Arrowood as he becomes a “Kentucky Admiral” and Mayor Slone, Chief Preston, Sen. Ray Jones and myself saluting the Chief for his bravery.

Described by his Chief as “one of the most dependable” in the firehouse, Jack Arrowood has over 50+ years of service to the fire department. This morning, I was pleased to recognize his extreme commitment and dedication to the people of Louisa and Lawrence County by making him a “Kentucky Admiral.”
