On May 31, 2017 at 08:43pm the Louisa Police Department responded to the call of possible drug activity in the parking lot of Tractor Supply. Sgt. Steven Wilburn & Patrolman Juluis Musick of the Louisa Police Department, 
with the assistance of Deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, located the suspicious vehicle and female in question.
During the course of the traffic stop it was discovered by LPD K-9 unit Kenya, that Crystal G. Wheeler, 39, of Louisa had in her possession Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and various pills all with the intent to sell.
Wheeler was arrested and taken to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center. Case remains under investigation by Sgt. Wilburn and will be presented to the Lawrence County Grand Jury.
