LOUISA, KY. — On September 11, 2019 at 09:21 pm Sgt. Steve Wilburn pulled into the police department parking lot where he found a white passenger vehicle setting there and a female inside the foyer of the police department.
Sgt. Wilburn approached the female who was discovered to be 23 year old Tiara Curry of Louisa. Ms. Curry was there to retrieve a cell phone that she had left with the police following a previous complaint the day before. Sgt. Wilburn gave the female the phone and as doing so noticed the vehicle she was driving did not have any registration on it.
When he inquired about the vehicle Ms. Curry stated that she borrowed the vehicle but changed her story to she bought the vehicle. Sgt. Wilburn asked for verification that the vehicle was hers and the female refused to give information and was trying to leave in the vehicle. Sgt. Wilburn advised the female that she was being detained until he could verify that the vehicle was legal and belonging to her.
Ms. Curry began kicking Sgt. Wilburn and being disorderly. It was discovered that the vehicle Ms. Curry was in possession of was stolen from Glockner Ford in Ashland.
Case in under investigation by Sgt. Wilburn and will be presented to the Lawrence County Grand Jury.
I’ve seen her and a man driving that car. It had dealer tags on it. She almost hit me one date.

Facts to back up accusations, listen it is a fact I have seen her there. For what reason I don’t know and I don’t care. I heard Ashley Bowens is Pauls girlfriend. Tiara is his daughter. I see Paul and Ashley together around town all the time and in that car that was said to be stolen. I only see Tiara when she cuts my grass each week to make money for her and the baby. She always has been sweet and pleasant to me and my husband. I will be praying for her and her baby.
Thank You, I understand now. Tiara’s father Paul let her use a car from the car lot that he works at or has an affiliation with. Hopefully Paul takes care of his daughter and grandchild because the children are the future. I seen his daughter and grandchild walking in the hot sun.
