LOUISA MIDDLE GOES 30-0 IN OVC GIRLS ACTION

Louisa, Ky. —  After going undefeated in Ohio Valley Conference play with a 30-0 record the Louisa Lady Bulldogs 7th and 8th grade teams will enter the postseason tournament this Saturday as #1 seeds in both tourneys.

8th grade finished 17-2 and 15-0 in OVC conference regular season. 7th grade finished 18-1 and 15-0 in conference play.

Tournament begins Saturday at 1:45 with the 7th grade taking on #8 Seed Wurtland and 8th grade will also face #8 Seed Wurtland game time will be 4:15 entire tourney will be at Bath County High school.

Louisa 42 McKell 34 ( 8th )

On Monday night the Lady Dawgs honored their 8th Graders and then came away with a hard fought victory to remain undefeated in OVC play.

Bailey Hinkle hit 4 three pointers and finished with 14 points to pace the Bulldogs, Kyleah Ward and Brooke Neal both had 8 points, Kensley Feltner tallied 6 points, Olivia Browning had 4 points, Holly Jordan and Kaison Ward had 2 points each.

 

Louisa 29 Bath Co. 23 ( 8th )

On Tuesday night the Lady Bulldogs made the long trip to Owingsville and defeated Bath Co. in another close game to finish up OVC play undefeated in 2017.

Louisa 36 McKell 20 ( 7th )

In the final home game of the season the Bulldogs took care of McKell with a big first quarter and then cruised to victory.

Brooke Neal poured in 17 points, Kaison Ward finished with 10 points, Olivia Browning had 6 points, Shelby Blevins 2 points and Kensley Feltner chipped in with a free throw.
