LOOK OUT WALMART SHOPPERS!
LOUISA, Ky. — On Sunday May 20, 2018 at 10:32pm LPD Ptl. Shane James responded to the call of a single vehicle accident at the Louisa Walmart.
Upon arrival Ptl. James discovered that the driver, Arron Maynard, 24, of Louisa had fallen asleep at the wheel and struck a metal rack belonging to Walmart.
A female passenger in the vehicle was suffering from a drug induced overdose and was treated on scene before taken to TRMC.
Maynard was charged with DUI 2nd and License to be in possession.
An infant in the vehicle was released to Lawrence County DSS.
