The Lazer has been notified by Louisa Mayor Harold Slone that due to concerns about the weather Saturday night, Oct. 28, ‘Trick or Treat’ night in Louisa will be moved to Halloween night October 31, 2017.

 

Trick or Treat Night' has been moved to Halloween Night October31, 2017 due to concerns about the weather on Oct. 28 when it was first scheduled to be held. Both Louisa  and Ft. Gay will now observe 'Trick ot Treat' from 5:30 - 7:30 on October 31, 2017

“…With the forecast giving 100% chance of rain/snow and temps in the 30’s on Saturday we will move ‘Trick or Treat’ to Tuesday Oct 31st, 5:30 to 7:30. I have spoken with Ft. Gay Mayor Joetta Hatfield and they will change as well.

The ‘Nightmare in the Square’ will remain on the 28th. We apologize for the change but feel the weather will be much safer on the kiddo’s.
