SALYERS GETS 15 YEARS, SLONE 12 ON DRUG CHARGES

A Lawrence County woman charged in a Sexual Abuse Case was present in court on Wednesday, August 23rd. Audrey Horn who has been accused of having Unlawful Transactions with a Minor under the age of 16. was also charged in the indictment for allegedly giving the minor drugs ( marijuana). Stanley Webb, Jr. was also present on two counts of Murder stemming from an incident in Blaine Ky. on April 2nd. There are no new developments in this case, however.

Alexis Boyd, 22 Was present for arraignment on Bailjumping, 1st Degree along with her initial charges of Complicity 1st Degree Possession of CS/Cocaine, 1st offense and Complicity Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia, 1st Offense. Defendant is to remain on bond and Pretrial date is 9-23-16.
Alexis Carter, 26 Was sentenced to 2 yrs. Unsupervised Probation on Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Methamphetamine) and 12 months Supervised Probation on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Judge ordered for defendant to be released.
William Clift, 28 Was present on the charge of Theft By Failure to Make Required Disposition of Property. A trial date was set for 2-13-17.
Clarence Earle, 51 Was arraigned on Complicity Trafficking In a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, 1st Offense, 2 counts of Complicity 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Offense, Complicity Fraudulent Use of ID Card of Electronic Code For Benefits, 2 Counts of Complicity Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Convicted Felon in Possession of a handgun. The court appointed a public defender to the defendant and Pretrial date is 9-23-16.
Debra Earle, 59 Was arraigned on Complicity Trafficking In a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, 1st Offense, 2 counts of Complicity 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Offense, Complicity Fraudulent Use of ID Card of Electronic Code For Benefits, 2 Counts of Complicity Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The court appointed a public defender to represent the defendant and Pretrial Date is 9-23-16.
Amber Fleming, 41 Was not present in court on a Motion to Void Pretrial Diversion. The Commonwealth Requested a Bench Warrant to be issued for defendant.

Diane Lemasters, 52 Pled Guilty to Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st offense, amended to a Class D and received 5 years diversion (Supervised), and 120 days of Home Incarceration, also Trafficking In Marijuana, Less than 8 oz. 1st offense, and received 12 months, and 12 months on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. All charges ran concurrent.
Christina Lowe, 27 Was present on Complicity to Manufacture Methamphetamine, case was reset for 9-14-16.
Joseph Lowe, 32 Charged with Complicity to Manufacture Methamphetamine, 1st offense. A trial date was set for 2-20-17, to report again on 1-13-17.
